Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trackademi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trackademi only for lawful educational purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or interfere with other users' experience.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software on Trackademi are owned by or licensed to us. Teachers retain ownership of the educational content they create and upload. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform materials without prior written consent.

Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans are billed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) as recurring monthly subscriptions and are processed by our payment provider, Paymob. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged. A subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time from Plans & Billing. Refund eligibility, what is not refundable, and how to request a refund are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Teacher plans: trial, credits and fees

• The Free plan has no time limit: it has fixed limits for the whole account, shown on the pricing page (2 exams and 200 pages). When they're used up you can subscribe or buy extra credit, and your data stays saved throughout.
• Full exams, homework and short exams draw on one AI balance, each using its own amount. Typed grading is free; photographed answers use the same balance. Paid allowances renew each billing period and unused plan allowance does not roll over; credits you buy separately stay with you.
• When you subscribe for the first time, unused trial credits move with you and stay in your account.
• AI marking of typed written answers does not use your credits. Answers photographed with the camera use a small amount of credit (200 photo answers equal one exam), charged when the exam is published, based on the number of enrolled students.
• Live classes are not part of the monthly subscription: your wallet is charged 30 EGP for each student who joins an interactive class, or 15 EGP in a hall class, once per session however long it runs. Opening a session requires a deposit in your wallet (500 EGP interactive, 5,000 EGP hall); the unused part is returned when the session ends. These are the current prices of the plans that include live classes; the price shown when you open a session is the one charged.
• Payments students make online through the platform carry a 5% processing fee, deducted before they reach your earnings. Cash payments you record yourself have no fee, and withdrawing earnings is free.
• WhatsApp messages to parents (absence, lateness and grades) are charged per use at the price shown when sent (currently 1 EGP per message).

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or its users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

Trackademi is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to ensure reliability and accuracy, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
