What TrackAdemi is for

TrackAdemi exists for a specific person: the private tutor in Egypt who teaches dozens of students across several groups and runs the whole operation from a notebook, a phone, and memory. Not a school and not a university, but a teacher whose administration has quietly grown larger than their teaching.

The problem it addresses

Attendance in one place, grades in another, payments in a third, and parents contacted individually over WhatsApp. Nothing is wrong with any single part; the cost is in the joins. Answering "how is my son doing?" means assembling four sources by hand, so it usually gets answered from impression instead.

What it does

• Classes, attendance and grades in one record, so a student's history is one lookup rather than four.
• Exams and assignments that can be built from your own material and marked in place.
• Parent updates that go out from the record rather than being retyped per parent.
• AI tools that draft questions from documents you supply: a first draft to edit, never an answer to trust unread.

What it deliberately does not do

It does not replace the teacher's judgement about a student, and it does not grade essays for you and call it final. Where AI is involved, the output is a draft with a person responsible for it. That is a design decision, not a limitation waiting to be lifted.

Where it is going

The roadmap follows the same principle: reduce the administrative surface so more of the week is spent teaching. Features that add reporting without removing work do not make the cut.
